In January 2019 Pastor John founded the River City Church of VA in the City of Portsmouth, VA. On November 6, 2020, John was ordained as an Elder and installed as Pastor of River City Church VA under the Leadership of the Honorable Bishop Darryl J. McClary of Empowering Word Covenant Alliance. Pastor John currently Pastor City of Prayer Ministries alongside his beautiful wife, Executive Pastor Lady Cornelia Harrington.
