The Church of God and True Holiness was founded by a devoted group of leaders. Among them was Mother Arlene Harrington, one of the many pillars who helped lay the foundation, along with His Grace, the late Bishop Frank Beamon, and Evangelist Willie Mae Beamon.

Following the passing of Bishop Frank Beamon in 1997, the mantle of leadership was passed to his beloved wife, Pastor Willie Mae Beamon. Under her leadership, the ministry was renamed to Full Gospel Church of Christ. Pastor Beamon led many to salvation, with over ten souls receiving the baptism of the Holy Ghost. She faithfully pastored the church for 25 golden years. 

 

In January 2022, Pastor Beamon passed the torch to Pastor John L. Harrington Jr, the grandson of one of the charter members. He now leads the ministry, known as The City of Prayer Ministries.
